It's Christmas
morning on Sim Street and the
street is quieter than usual.
The Christmas decorations are
up, the food is being cooked but
the snow is yet to fall.

Kerry: I cannot believe
we are having roast beef on
Christmas day. I mean come off
it guys, surely you can handle a
bit of turkey just for once?
Lauren: I agree
completely Kerry, but I am not
wasting a full turkey for just 2
people.
Dave: Exactly! It's not
our fault we don't like
turkey...
Rik: Whereas we all like
roast beef so we can all eat
that.
Jack: And by eating roast
beef we..
Lauren: Oh shut up you
guys (laughs) There's food to be
eaten
Lauren:
It's nice to have little Kacey
with us Rik. Any idea when Steve
and Lexi will be back from
holiday?
Rik: Around about 28th
December I think, they said they
would be back for the New Year
Lauren: Great! They can
join in the fabulous New Year
party I have planned.
Kerry: Ooh, what's that?
You didn't tell me.
Lauren: I'll tell you all
later, promise! I'm just making
sure most people can attend. I
asked Jess and Angus before they
headed up north for Christmas
and I'll have to phone Marie as
well, she's spending Christmas
with her parents.
Kerry: Jeez, it feels so
weird living in an almost empty
street. There's only us and the
Roberts family around.
Lisa:
That's another Christmas meal
over for a year!
Leon: But we still have
pudding mum!
Paul: Yes honey, you did
buy pudding didn't you?
Lisa: Don't look at me
like that! (Laughs) And no
sorry, I didn't but pudding. But
the store across town is open if
you desperately want! Expect I
won't be eating, I want to keep
my slim figure!
Paul: Kids, grab your
coats, we're going to get
pudding.
Lisa:
Oh my God! Scare me half to
death why don't you Rob! What the
hell are you doing here?
Robert: I came to whisk
you away!
Lisa: How the hell did
you get in?
Robert: The front door...
why, is there another way?
Lisa: Stop fooling around
Rob, seriously, what on Earth
are you doing here? It's
Christmas day, shouldn't you be
with friends and family?
Robert: I don't have any
remember? Your the only person
in my life.
Lisa: Well I'm sorry Rob,
you'll have to go, quickly. Paul
and the kids have just popped
out.
Robert: Well that gives
us a bit of time for some woohoo
then!
Lisa: Robert, I don't
want you, I just want to be with
my family today. Now grab your
clothes and get out the back
door, Paul will be home any
minute now!
Lauren:
It's good to see everyone can
agree on pudding: Baked Alaska!
Rik: Yep Lauren, it was
fantastic, as was the roast
beef, thanks for that delicious
meal.
Kerry: Yep, thanks you
too.
Dave: And from me too.
Jack: Me too as well I
suppose. Now hurry up, it's
almost 3 o'clock, we don't want
to miss the Queens speech!
Lisa: I
thought I told you to get out!
And where are your clothes?!
Robert: I love you Lisa,
I want us to be together!
Lisa: Well I don't!
Please, we shouldn't even be up
here, it's cold, it's snowing
and it isn't safe - we're still
in the middle of building this
room!
Robert: I'm mot leaving
Lisa, we deserve to be together.
We can tell Paul together!
Robert:
Why don't we shout on him...
PAUL!
Lisa: Shut up! He'll hear
you!
Robert: That's the
point... PAUL!
Lisa:
Stupid man! Take a bl**dy hint,
I am not leaving my husband. And
even if he does find out, I'd
rather be alone than with you!
Robert: Watch it! I'm
close to the edge!
Lisa: Well watch you
don't fall then.
Robert: Well if I do,
I'll make sure I grab you.
Lisa: You
wouldn't dare!
Robert: Try me then, or
are you too scared? You slapper!
Paul:

Lisa: Serves you bl**dy

Kerry: Smashing!
Brilliant presents, thanks
everyone for that, brilliant
food, thanks Lauren, and not so
brilliant TV.
Jack: And the Queens
speech was rubbish too! Didn't
even wish us Merry Christmas.
Tut tut.
Lauren: Going off her
then dad? (Laughs)
