Episode 2 - Betrayal

Lynda: Good morning honey.
Angel: Aww, sweetie, your so cute.
Mike: Thanks Lynda.

Mike: Your not Lynda!
Angel: Oh my word, I slept with and old man!
Mike: What the hell did I do?
Angel: What the hell was I thinking?!
Mike: I've got to go.
Angel: Yeah, of course.
Mike: Don't tell anyone.
Angel: Wouldn't dream of it.
Mike: You sure?
Angel: Trust me, sleeping with a 45 year old balding bloke isn't the thing a girl like me boasts about okay?
Mike: Good.

Ken: So, did you have fun last night?
Karen: Yeah, I mean no. No I didn't, you weren't there.
Ken: Yeah right (laughs.) I suppose I missed out then?
Karen: No, not much happened actually, just dancing and socialising.
Ken: Nobodies suspicious right?
Karen: Nobody thinks a thing, we're going to get away with this.
Ken: Hopefully yeah.

Kelly has become even more addicted to her computer. Her chatting now revolves around one person, a guy, a mystery guy.
Kelly: No seriously, I can't tell you.
Mystery Guy: What, do you live in some secret location, hidden from human life? (laughs)
Kelly: Yeah, it's all a secret, I'm not even who I say I am. (laughs)
Mystery Guy: Stop joking now, really, I want to know. If your having a party soon, maybe I should pick you up, get to know your mum and dad.
Kelly: I don't think that's a good idea, my mum wouldn't like it.
Mystery Guy: I'm sure we can arrange something or other.

Kerry: Hello
Caller:
Kerry: Hello who is this?
Caller:
Kerry: Fine! Be a jerk and don't talk! (Hangs up)

1.45pm
Lauren has invited Kerry over to talk.
Kerry: Dave phoned.
Lauren: Oh my God! Why?
Kerry: Who knows! He just called and hung up. I dialled 1471 and got his mobile number.
Lauren: Are you okay? What did you day?
Kerry: I called him a jerk and hung up.
Lauren: Oh, I bet he won't be calling in a hurry again then.
Kerry: No (Sighs)
Lauren: Anyway, I'd better be getting back to work. Listen, come round tonight, I've got some important stuff to tell you.

4.13pm
Lynda: Ah, the wanderer returns.
Mike: I was at work, you know I work Saturday mornings.
Lynda: But what about last night, where did you go? Who's bed where you sleeping in?
Mike: Nobodies, I didn't do anything!

Lynda: You are so down right rude. First of all you sleep out last night when you were drunk and secondly, you tell me you didn't do anything.
Mike: Well so what if I did, saved me from coming home here last night but I'll tell you one thing, as much as I was loving it last night, I missed you. And I realised this morning that I love you so much.

Lynda: Listen buster! You step one more foot out of line, just one look at another woman and I will divorce you, take all your money, take away your kids and make you regret even setting eyes on me. I'll make sure your left with nothing. Okay? You understand that?
Mike: Yeah, I understand. (Gulps)

8.12pm
Kerry: So, is it just us two tonight?
Lauren: Well, I hope you don't mind but I invited Lynda too.
Kerry: Oh it's okay, I suppose this thing you've got to tell us is really important.
Lauren: Yeah sort of. Important enough that I invited Marie too.
Kerry: Oh, so we're all here. The 4 housewives of Sim Street eh?
Lauren: Well, if you can call us that anymore. (Laughs)

Lynda: Hey, I'm here.
Lauren: Good, just waiting for Marie now.
Lynda: What's up? What's so important?
Kerry: We're waiting for Marie, I think it's really important.

Lauren: So, we're all here. There are 2 reasons for this.
Marie: One being?
Lauren: We haven't been together for months. We meet individually but we never meet as a group anymore. I miss that and think we should have more nights out and nights in. Secondly, I have some information on the Smiths.
Kerry: Okay, we will hang out more but come on, spill the beans, what's the gossip on the Smiths then?
Lauren: Well I overheard Karen on the phone last night and she called Ken her husband Dean! I heard her then say she would make sure nobody was listening and that she was trying hard to keep their secret hidden. It seemed like that anyway.
Lynda: Maybe their supposed to be keeping a secret. If she calls him Ken and his real name is Dean then maybe their part of the Witness Protection Scheme and have moved here to get away. This place is real quiet and I wouldn't be surprised if they were placed here.
Marie: If that's the case, maybe we should just stop talking about them. If they really are part of the Witness Scheme or what ever it is, then, nobody should know.
Lauren: That's what I thought anyway- about the Protection Scheme, I just wanted to clear it with you lot.
Kerry: Anyway, let's keep that to ourselves, nobody breathes a word of it right? Back to tonight, I think we should makeover somebody. How about you Lynda, you look tired and you've had that look for years, let me make you look new and 10 years younger.
Lynda: Well alright but nothing to the extreme okay?
Kerry: Fine, let's get started.

Marie: Oh yeah, me and Steve are going to try Speed Dating.
Lauren: Really?
Marie: Yeah, I'm starting to take myself seriously now and I need someone in my life and so does Steve. He's been single for years.
Lauren: Good luck with it then.
Marie: I won't need luck, I'll need a miracle to get me through it!

Kerry: Right girls, here she is. It's the new look Lynda!

Lauren: You look fab Lynda!
Marie: It definitely suits you. Well done Kerry.
Lynda: Thanks, I'm going to keep this look. Not the dress though, I can't dress like this all the time (laughs)
Kerry: Thanks girls, it's your dress by the way Lauren, I thought it would be okay.
Lauren: Yeah it's fine.

10.23pm
Kerry: We really have to get together more often. This was a brilliant night.
Lauren: Yeah, I have an idea, one of us could host a dinner party.
Lynda: I can! I would be a pleasure. How about you girls come round two weeks tomorrow. Bring a date if you like.
Kerry: Well, we can meet at mine this Friday for a girlie night it before then.
Lauren: Okay, that's sorted then.
Marie: A night in at Kerry's on Friday and a dinner party at Lynda's in two weeks. Sounds brilliant.
Lauren: Oh well, see you tomorrows girls. Good night.

11.12pm
Rik: Oh my God! Lexi, is that you?!
Lexi: Yeah it's me babe, come give your best girl a hug!
Rik: Where have ya been? One moment I was with you, the next moment your gone! I haven't seen you in a few weeks.
Lexi: I'm sorry I left you that morning, The only reason I'm back is that I have some important news.
Rik: What is it?
Lexi: I'm pregnant Rik, and the babies yours!
